  The GCC Bureau of Technical Secretariat for Anti Injurious Practices in International Trade holds a workshop on harmful practices in International trade

The GCC Bureau of Technical Secretariat for Anti Injurious Practices in International Trade held in cooperation with the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism in the Kingdom of Bahrain a workshop on The GCC Bureau role in Combating Harmful Practices in Trade, during the period from 17-18 March 2019.
During the workshop, the GCC Bureau of Technical Secretariat gave a presentation on the achievements it made, in addition to the GCC unified anti-dumping law, its compensatory and preventive measures and executive regulations. As well as highlighting the procedures of the investigation and the type of evidence and data needed to be included in the complaints of the Gulf industries.
The workshop aims at enhancing the cooperation between the GCC manufacturers,   protect the GCC industries from injurious practices, and provide the concerned entities with the technical support and assistance they need to understand the GCC unified law and the international requirements and procedures relevant to the WTO agreements.
The workshop was attended by a number of Gulf factories, as well as a number of employees of the concerned authorities.
