  The GCC Secretary-General Meets Number of the GCC Secretariat Employees Recipients of Medals, Certificates of Appreciation and High Educational Qualifications

The Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid al-Zayani, met on Monday, 15th October, 2018, at the GCC headquarters in Riyadh a number of GCC Secretariat employee's recipients of medals, certificates of appreciation and high educational qualifications. He expressed his appreciation and pride for the successes achieved by the GCC employees, and their continuous keenness on developing their skills, Keeping up with the latest developments in administrative fields, wishing them progress and success.

The Secretary-General met Sultan Abdullah Al-Ghanim from the GCC Information Services Department, who was horned with the third degree Medal of Merit from the Saudi Royal Court for his humanitarian work. HE Praised Al-Ghanim’s distinctive humanitarian tender that expresses a strong sense of patriotism and a sincere desire to serve his community in all fields.

The Secretary-General also met with Eng. Fahad Al Baker the Head of The Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Department and General Terms of Reference at the GCC Patent Office, who was chosen as a patent expert for the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center, and saluted him for this achievement.

HE The Secretary-General met with Eng. Emad Abdulrahman Al-Auhaideb Senior Examiner at the Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering Department at the GCC Patent Office, who received a Master's degree from King Saud University for his thesis entitled "a laboratory Study of Polyester Fiber Material for Treatment of Water Concomitant with Oil", Congratulating him on this outstanding scientific achievement and valuable study, and wishing him success and progress.

The Secretary-General also met with Mr. Khalid Al Mutairi from the General Directorate for Coordination and Follow-up, who received a Master's degree in strategic sciences From Naif Arab University for Security Sciences for his thesis entitled "the Economic Cooperation between The GCC and The EU and its effect on the GCC's security". HE praised Khalid's great efforts in preparing his study, wishing him success and progress.

HE The Secretary-General met Shua'a Nasser Al-Amer from the Department of Legal Affairs, who received the European Fellowship Certificate in management of nonprofit organizations, from the European Foundation for Graduate Studies and princess al-anoud charitable foundation. HE congratulates her on this accomplishment, underlining her keenness on continuing her studies, and wishing her progress and success.
