His Excellency Mr Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), met with His Excellency Mr John W.H. Denton, Secretary General of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), on Sunday, 25 October 2026, in the Qatari capital, Doha, on the sidelines of the 9th World Investment Forum (WIF2026).
At the outset of the meeting, His Excellency the Secretary General of the ICC reviewed the tasks undertaken by the Chamber, particularly in conflict zones, its economic cooperative relations with other organisations, and their contributions to the global economy.
Furthermore, they discussed the available cooperation opportunities between the GCC and the ICC.
