His Highness Shaikh Meshal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, the Amir of the State of Kuwait, received His Excellency Mr Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), today, Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at the Bayan Palace in the State of Kuwait.
During the reception, His Excellency the GCC Secretary General was honoured to listen to the gracious directives from His Highness the Amir of the State of Kuwait, which are aimed at supporting the blessed march of the Cooperation Council, strengthening its achievements, and advancing it towards broader horizons in order to fulfill the aspirations of its member states and peoples for security, prosperity, and stability.
Moreover, His Excellency praised the profound significance of these noble directives, which embody His Highness's firm commitment to supporting and strengthening the journey of the Cooperation Council and reflect his belief in the importance of Gulf integration.
Finally, His Excellency the GCC Secretary General expressed his sincerest thanks and appreciation to His Highness Shaikh Meshal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, the Amir of the State of Kuwait, for the State of Kuwait's high-level and continuous efforts in supporting the march of the Cooperation Council and elevating its gains.
