HE Dr Nayef Falah M. Al Hajraf, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), has recently denounced the terrorist attack that targeted a security post in North Sinai, in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and led to the death and injury of a number of soldiers.
HE the Secretary General expressed his strong condemnation of the cowardly terrorist acts that have been repeated recently. He also expressed permanent rejection of all forms of violence aimed at destabilising security and stability, and is against humanitarian values and principles.
HE Dr Al Hajraf reiterated the firm position of the GCC states and its solidarity with the brotherly Arab Republic of Egypt in confronting terrorists, and its support to Egypt in all the measures taken to protect its security and stability from such heinous attacks.
His Excellency offered his sincere condolences to the government of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and to the families of the victims, wishing for a speedy recovery to all the injured.
