HE Dr Nayef Falah M. Al Hajraf, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), has condemned the hostile attack that targeted Saudi Aramco's petroleum products distribution station in Jeddah, today, Sunday, March 20, 2022.
His Excellency the Secretary-General stressed that this assault, which resulted in a limited fire in one of the tanks without causing casualties or human losses, and the past systematic attacks that aimed to disrupt the energy supplies, does not target the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its economic capabilities only, but rather targets the security of the GCC member states as well as the regional and international stability.
His Excellency affirmed the GCC countries' support for all necessary measures taken by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to protect its national capabilities and gains and put an end to such terrorist and sabotage attacks as well as combat all parties that execute or support them.
