His Excellency Mr Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), expressed his sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathy on the passing of the late former President of the brotherly Republic of Yemen, Abdrabbuh Mansur Hadi.
HE the Secretary General recalled the virtues of the deceased, his contributions to Yemen, and his role in strengthening brotherly Gulf-Yemeni relations.
This came as His Excellency offered his condolences on Tuesday (June 2, 2026) at the headquarters of the Yemeni Embassy in Riyadh.
HE the Secretary General extended his sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathy to His Excellency Dr Rashad Mohammed Al Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, and to the brotherly Yemeni people, on the passing of former President Abdrabbuh Mansur Hadi, praying to Allah the Almighty to bestow His vast mercy and forgiveness upon him, grant him a place in His spacious paradise, and inspire his family, relatives and the brotherly Yemeni people with patience and solace.
