His Highness Shaikh Mishal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, the Amir of the State of Kuwait, received His Excellency Mr Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), today, Monday, March 24, 2025, at Bayan Palace in the State of Kuwait.
During the reception, His Excellency the GCC Secretary General had the honour of listening to the lofty directives of His Highness the Amir of the State of Kuwait, who is also the Chairman of the current session of the GCC Supreme Council, which stressed the importance of continuing to support the progress of the GCC and strengthening integration efforts among its member states, in order to meet the aspirations of its peoples for more security, stability, prosperity, and development.
Moreover, His Excellency appreciated the lofty instructions, which embody the keenness of His Highness the Amir of the State of Kuwait to support the progress of the GCC, expressing his sincere thanks and appreciation to His Highness for the sincere and continuous efforts made by the State of Kuwait in supporting the work of the General Secretariat of the GCC and strengthening the joint Gulf action.
