His Excellency Mr. Jassem Mohamed Albudaiwi, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), expressed his deep condolences to the Republic of Rwanda for the victims of the floods that hit several regions in the north, south and west of the country, resulting in deaths and injuries.
His Excellency the Secretary General extended his sincere condolences and sympathy to the government and people of the Republic of Rwanda, and to the families of the victims, wishing the wounded a speedy recovery.
