Page ContentHis Excellency Mr Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), discussed the tragic situation in the Gaza Strip with the Minister of State at the German Federal Foreign Ministry of the Federal Republic of Germany. During the meeting, His Excellency expressed his strong condemnation and disapproval of the Israeli occupation forces' practices against the lives of innocent civilians in the Gaza Strip, which are in violation of all laws, treaties, and international agreements.This came during His Excellency’s meeting with His Excellency Dr. Tobias Lindner, Minister of State at the German Federal Foreign Ministry, in the Bahraini capital, Manama, today, Saturday, November 18, 2023, on the sidelines of His Excellency’s participation in the 19th edition of the IISS Manama Dialogue Conference.His Excellency the Secretary General emphasised that both sides stressed the importance of the international community's efforts to end the crisis in the Gaza Strip. They expressed their support for efforts to consolidate security, stability, and the promotion of values of tolerance, peaceful coexistence, and development at both regional and international levels.
