  HE the GCCSG: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Selection to Host Expo 2030 is a Great Indication of its Prestigious International Standing, High Ability and Professionalism in Organising Global Events

His Excellency Mr Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), congratulated the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, on the occasion of the selection of Riyadh City to host Expo 2030.

HE the Secretary General stressed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s selection to host Expo 2030 is a great indication of its prestigious international standing, its high ability and professionalism in organising such global events, and its capabilities and infrastructure to host such events, emphasising that this reflects the Kingdom’s future planning and vision for hosting global events.

His Excellency also expressed his sincere wishes to the leadership and people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the success in hosting Expo 2030 in Riyadh, stressing that this event will be distinguished and greatly developed.
