  The Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council condemns the Terrorist Attack near the National Cancer Institute in Egypt

The Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani strongly condemned the terrorist attack that took place yesterday near the National Cancer Institute in Cairo, Egypt, which resulted in killing and injuring a number of innocent civilians, describing it as a terrible crime, incompatible with all human and moral values.
The Secretary General denounced this heinous crime that demonstrates the need to strengthen the efforts of the international community to confront and eliminate terrorist organizations, stressing his confidence in the Egyptian security services to uncover the circumstances of this cowardly crime and to arrest the criminals and bring them to justice. He also expressed his deep condolences to the families of the victims and to the Egyptian government and people, and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
