Comparing the export price of the imported product to the Gulf market under the investigation, with the normal value of the similar product within the domestic markets of the countries concerned at the same commercial level, resulted of margins of dumping that can't be overlooked; Accordingly, the GCC Standing Committee of Anti Injurious Practices in International Trade decided to open the investigation. It should be noted that both products, the Gulf's and the imported, are identical and have the same characteristics, uses, and production process, and both also have substitutability in the Gulf market. For more information, the GCC Bureau official bulletin available for subscription on the GCC website (www.gcc-sg.org). × Send To Friend Required Field Email not correct Required Field Email not correct Required Field
