During the meeting, they reviewed the memorandum of understanding between the GCC and the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC) to cooperate in the field of petroleum media. Page ContentThe GCC Petroleum Media Committee and the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC) held the 4th joint meeting on Wednesday, 17 July 2019, at the GCC headquarters in Riyadh.
