The committee will discuss a number of grievances submitted by agents and patent applicants, to consider and issue a judgment in their regard. The GCCPO Grievance Committee includes 12 legal and technical members of the Member States, formed by the GCC Ministerial Council every three years; to consider grievances filed by patent applicants, according to the GCC unified patent law. The Grievance Committee issues its decision by a two-thirds majority of the members present. Page Content The GCCPO Grievance Committee holds its 72nd meeting during the period 3-5 February 2019, in Kuwait. The committee will discuss a number of grievances submitted by agents and patent applicants, to consider and issue a judgment in their regard. The GCCPO Grievance Committee includes 12 legal and technical members of the Member States, formed by the GCC Ministerial Council every three years; to consider grievances filed by patent applicants, according to the GCC unified patent law.
