They also exchanged views on the best ways to deliver development, reconstruction and relief assistance to Yemen, and enhance its stability. The Assistant Secretary General referred to the GCC Supreme Council decision on its role in the development and rehabilitation of the Yemeni economy and facilitates its integration with the Gulf economy, enhancing the reconstruction and recovery of the Yemeni economy.The delegation of the People's Republic of China commended the efforts exerted by the GCC states supporting the political process in Yemen, and providing humanitarian and developmental aid to the Yemeni people.
