Gen Rashad Mohammed Salim Al-Saadi. The Secretary General welcomed Maj. Gen Rashad Mohammed Salim Al-Saadi, and commended the efforts exerted by him, along with the committee members, to finalize the technical, administrative and scientific studies for the establishment of the Gulf Strategic and Security Studies Academy on the basis of accredited international standards; Which will enhance the GCC capabilities of the military and security leaders and develop their knowledge and skills. The meeting was attended by, Maj.
