He praised the organizing of the ceremony honoring a number of the GCC innovators in the fields of culture, thought and creativity, who had an effective and distinct role in enriching the Gulf cultural scene their intellectual and creative creations.He said that this is a clear proof of the care and attention given by their Highness the Ministers to the Gulf the cultural scene and their keenness to provide a stimulating environment for creativity and cultural excellence in the GCC States of historical cultural heritage, stressing that honoring the GCC intellectuals promotes a blessed approach built on gratitude and appreciation, and aims to support, encourage and consolidate the values of loyalty and fulfillment.The Secretary-General congratulated the honorees, praising their generous efforts and their sincere work revitalizing the GCC cultural scene with their intellectual and diverse cultural and artistic creations.
